“The moment you walk through the front doors, you know this is how it's supposed to be. A warm and charming greeting. A simple check-in procedure and a small snacking counter. Just help yourself to a myriad of treats. We were so fortunate to have Michelle assigned to work with us. Within 5 minutes we felt like she was an old friend. Listening to what we were considering she advised us, so clearly, as to our options and we are so grateful she did. It made us rethink on our true want. Service as service should always be.
